Head at the industrial, commercial and touristic development department at the Local Authority of Rättvik (Dalarna, Sweden) 2003-2009, responsible for touristic matters at the same office, 2010-2011.
Since then working in her own business “Kreativa karlar och kullor”.
Born in Ore, Dalarna, Sweden in 1960. Father Olof and mother Gun from the neighboring Swedish region of Värmland. One younger brother.
Went to school in Dalfors, Furudal, Orsa, Rättvik, Mora and Gothenburg. Has also lived in Stockholm, Valencia and Madrid.
Engaged in local development issues. Enjoys cooking locally produced food with an international twist for family and friends. Likes to read a book or a traditional newspaper, listen to live music, watch an art exhibition, a good movie or her son's ice hockey games. Spends time in the forest walking the family’s dog and looking for flowers and berries.
